About DIALYJ

- An innovative mechanism that promotes, supports and finances industrialisation initiatives set up by Cameroonian youths living in the Diaspora, in joint venture with their local peers in Cameroon, so as to provide a multidimensional solution to structural problems leading to the attainment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and those of the 2020-2030 National Development Strategy (2030 NDS).
- An innovative accompaniment and facilitation system designed to create a healthy and robust ecosystem that can foster a sound and secure environment in Cameroon where Cameroonian youths from the Diaspora can invest..

- DIALLYJ refers to the timeliness with which SMEs/SMIs offer public services in connection with (APME and API) investment incentives ;

TARGET

Young Cameroonians from the diaspora aged 21 to 35;
Young local entrepreneurs between the ages of 21 and 35
Others (CTD, CSOs, INTERNATIONAL, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS).

GUARANTEE

  • Easier access to solutions designed to encourage the use of investment incentives by the beneficiaries of the DIALYJ initiative through APME and API;;
  • The restructuring of private companies into joint ventures by expert consultants under contract to the initiative;
  • Digitalizing the management of the enterprise for instant monitoring of its activities by the partners;
  • Monitoring the support provided for the setting up of projects run by young entrepreneurs ;
  • Monitoring the sustainability of young entrepreneurs projects.

INTERVENTION PROCESS

  • Step 1: mobilising potential beneficiaries ;
  • Step 2: networking of potential beneficiaries ;
  • Step 3: pre-selection of the best joint-venture ideas ;
  • Step 4: selection of beneficiaries ;
  • Step 5: checking information prior to the joint venture ;
  • Step 6: coaching of beneficiaries ;
  • Step 7: signing of agreements between stakeholders ;
  • Step 8: financing the project resulting from the joint-venture ;
  • Step 9: accompanying the joint-venture business; ;
  • Step 10: monitoring and evaluation of businesses resulting from the joint-venture.
